Pure Gold Wire LED - Double Layer pure copper 2-3oz PCB

    Pure gold wire has many advantages as a lead wire:

    ​

    • The thermal conductivity of gold is 317W/mK compared to silver 429W/mK and copper 401W/mK, however, gold will last longer as it will not get oxidized easily

    • Gold has perfect ductility as it does not break easily under high tension

    • Gold reflects more light. LED encapsulations with gold bonding wire produce 3.55% more light (lumen) than copper wire.
